We are making plans for the possibility of social distancing and government advise that will restrict travel and movement both in and around the UK and between different countries. We are unsure what restrictions will come in and how long they will last. With the ACPIVR conference only 2 months away we have devised a plan of action which allows for flexibility depending on government and WHO advise.

• Firstly we have made plans to live stream the conference from our venue so people who do not wish or are unable to travel will still be able to attend online. If this happens a streaming keycode will be emailed to you before the conference via email.

• Secondly if some of our speakers are unable to attend we plan to offer the opportunity to Skype in and live video lecture at the conference if this is something they wish to do. We are currently in communication with our speakers and will make a decision based upon their wishes.

• Thirdly a worst case scenario would mean the delay of the conference until the Autumn. This is not a decision we will take lightly. If this is the case your ticket will still be valid for a future date. If you are unable to attend in person or via livestreaming at a future date we will be happy to offer you a refund.

ACPIVR will be working hard to find a workable solution and we will do our very best to keep you informed of any decisions as soon as they made. We are grateful for your patience in these unusual times.
